Doreen Elberta Odell Alexander

Doreen Elberta Odell Alexander (nee Stockill) passed away at home in Gravenhurst on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the age of 93. Doreen was the beloved wife of Robert Alexander for 71 years.

Doreen was the loving mother of Kevin Alexander (Jamie) and the late Karen Talpa (Jason). She was the grandmother of Kirkland Alexander (Nichol), Mitchell Alexander (Adam), and Sarah and Christopher Talpa. She also had the privilege of welcoming two great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Evelyn Alexander.

Doreen loved being outdoors and took great pride in her gardening. She loved to sew, always creating new things. She also loved Scottish dancing with Robert.

As per Doreen’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no services will be held at this time. If desired, memorial donations made to Crohn's and Colitis Canada would be appreciated and may be arranged online or through Cavill Funeral Home.
