Clodd, Earl “Wayne”—passed away peacefully at Andy’s House – Hospice Muskoka on Saturday, June 7, 2025, after a lengthy illness. Wayne was predeceased by his wife, Bonnie Clodd (2024).

Born on July 5, 1954 in Newmarket ON, Wayne will be remembered as a hardworking, simple man. He enjoyed fishing—specifically ice fishing. He loved the outdoors, camping and enjoying his beer. He also loved and had many years of companionship with his dog, Gizmo.

He will be greatly missed by his children Jeff Porte (Chrissy), Jason Belisle (Vanetta), Vicky Porte, Dale Belisle (Niki) and Dwayne Clodd; His 15 grandchildren Dawn, Andrew, Devon, Wesley, Lee, Shy-Anne, Katelyn, Emma, Britt, Adam, Gordon, Ethan, Quinn, Kara, Landon; and his 7 great-grandchildren Addison, Catherine, Briella, Sariah, Tallulah, Bryar and Sully. He will be fondly remembered by his siblings Karen Anderson and Margaret Jarvis (Calvin). Wayne was predeceased by his brother Albert Sedore, and his parents Gordon and Noreen Sedore.

A special mention and thank you to his dear friend Wanda, who helped immensely with making Wayne’s final days memorable and comfortable.

The family cannot thank the staff of Andy’s House – Hospice Muskoka enough for the amazing care that was provided to Wayne during his time there. The thoughtfulness and compassion shown from each staff member to the entire family during this difficult time was above and beyond and will forever be remembered and appreciated.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 5, 2025. Details will be added to this obituary when location and details are confirmed.
