Eileen South

Peacefully at the Muskoka Shores Care Community in Gravenhurst on Sunday, August 28, 2016. Eileen South in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Albert Edward South who predeceased Eileen on October 1990. Beloved mother to Darlene (Brian) Williams of Gravenhurst, Shirley (Bob) Sharp of Bracebridge, Jim (Jerilou) South of Gravenhurst and Susan (Bruce) Traynor of Gravenhurst. Beloved sister to June Falco, Ronnie Boomer and Lloyd Boomer. Predeceased by her sister Wanda Rose and by her brother John Boomer. Loving grandmother to Kimberley (Bruce) Clement, Deanna (Dee Dee) (James) Hyndman of Ottawa, Jennifer Cottreau (Mike Zimerman) of Toronto, David Cottreau of Toronto, Mary Jane (Paul) McDivitt of Craighurst, Ryan (Bridgett) South of Severn Bridge, Melissa Traynor of Gravenhurst and Brittany Traynor of Orillia. Great grandmother to Kody Clement, Jeff Hyndman, Jessica Hyndman , Josh Goltz and Hunter Cottreau. Great grandmother to Evie and Leo McDivitt and Jack and Carter South. Eileen was predeceased by her great grandson Kristopher Clement in Nov. 2010. Interment has taken place at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Gravenhurst. In memory of Eileen, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
