BAKER, Evelyn Bernice (nee Sheppard) Affectionately nicknamed by her son Greg as the "Old Fossil". Peacefully at Hospice Simcoe in Barrie on Friday, December 18, 2015 with her son Greg at her side. Evelyn Bernice Baker in her 94th year. Beloved mother to Greg Baker of Reay Lake, Gravenhurst and Jeff (Anna) Baker of Innisfil. Much loved grandmother to Stephanie, Jordan and Hilary. Evelyn will be missed by her neighbours and friends at Reay Lake, Gravenhurst. The family will receive friends at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. to share stories and memories. A private interment will take place at Mickle Memorial Cemetery, Gravenhurst in the Spring of 2016. If so desired, donations in memory of Evelyn Bernice Baker may be directed to Hospice Simcoe, 336 Penetanguishene Road, Barrie. L4M 7C2.
