Garnet Davey

Davey, Garnet (Garn) Keith Kirkness Peacefully at the Muskoka Algonquin Health Centre in Bracebridge on Thursday, July 16th, 2015 at 86 years of age. Just shy of celebrating 60 years of marriage with Joan Davey of Greenwood Point. Proud father of Scott (Harriet Feilotter) of Kingston and Liane (Craig Easdon) of Toronto. Garn was especially fond of his three girls: his favourite elder granddaughter Kate, his favourite middle-aged granddaughter Kira, and his favourite youngest granddaughter Mac. He was Uncle Garn to Elizabeth and David Holmes, their children Karly (Alex), Ryan (Stacey), and Kristy (Jack), and their grandchildren Audrey, Luca, Sebi, Ashley, and Annie. He also counted each of the members of the Greenwood Point community as family. In honouring Garn's wishes, cremation has taken place. We invite friends to join us in celebrating Garn's life at the Walker's Point Community Centre on August 8th between 2pm and 5pm. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a cause that's meaningful to you.
