James "Jim" Hale-Sanders

We are saddened to announce the passing of James “Jim” Hale-Sanders on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Elizabeth Hale-Sanders (nee Evoniak)

Jim was the father of Jennifer Hale-Sanders (Anthony Newhook) and Kimberley Evans (Michael). Loving and proud Grandpa to Lisa and Jude.

He will be dearly missed by his siblings and in-laws, Richard (Joanne) and Helen (Guy), and will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.

Jim was a devout Catholic, a good friend, a giving community member, and a good time at any party. He had many loves throughout his time; his dogs (Sheeba and Molly), his friends and family, but most of all, he loved his wife and teenage sweetheart, Liz. Nothing will be better than their reunion in heaven beside the Lord.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 am. To be followed by a casual gathering at Kim and Mike's house.

Donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society in remembrance would be appreciated and may be arranged online or through Cavill Funeral Home.
