Joan Campbell

Joan Claire Campbell (nee Green) Joan was at peace when she passed away on March 17th at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge at the age of 88. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Alex Campbell. Sister to the late Hugh Green (Doris Green), loving mother to Heather and the late Carol. A wonderful grandmother to Joel (Rui) Rendall and Andrew Rendall, Jarrod, Devon and Troy Bell. Joan was a talented artist and kept active in her community. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed sharing her enthusiastic love of art, travel and nature with those around her. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Thursday, March 31st, 2016 from 12 p.m. until time of memorial service in the chapel at 1 p.m. A reception and celebration of Joan's life will follow at 2 p.m. at the Gravenhurst Manor. Her family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Manor in Gravenhurst and everyone who offered Joan their warm support.
