Ken Mcclellan

Thomas Kenneth (Ken) McClellan, 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Ken was the owner and operator, along with his wife Joyce, of McClellan's Sand and Gravel for over 50 years and lived all of his life in Kilworthy. Ken is remembered and loved by his wife Joyce, his children Stephen (Kris Webster), Susanne (David Cadeaux), Scott (Kim Carter), and Cheryl, and his grandchildren Thomas, Alexandra, Sophie, Zoe, and William. Throughout his life he was a member of the Golden Rule Lodge in Gravenhurst (No. 409). Immediate family will honour and celebrate Ken's life in a private service. The kind support of family and friends far and wide is greatly appreciated. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer's Society, Heritage United Church (Washago), or to a charity of your choice. Joyce and family wish to thank the kind staff at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Granite Ridge Retirement Home, Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, Bonnie at BV Accounting, the Reverend Kathleen Taylor and members of the Heritage and Ardtrea United Church, as well as those who have sent notes of condolence, flowers, donations and thoughts of support.
