Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Larry Archibald Beaver. Larry passed away peacefully at Andy’s House Hospice Muskoka in Port Carling, on January 23, 2026, in his 59th year.

Larry is survived by his wife, Crystal, whom he cherished dearly. Larry leaves behind his children, who were the joys of his life: Michael, Tiffany (Mark), David, Robyn (Maddy), and Ross (Ella), along with his siblings, Kevin (Santa) and Catherine (Steven - Zachary). Larry leaves behind his grandkids, Audrey, Ariea, Alaska, Korbyn, Stella, Axel, and Huntley. He is also survived by multiple nieces and nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Archibald and Easther, his twin brother, Gary, and his sister, Heather Ann.

Born July 10, 1966, in Toronto, Ontario, to parents Archibald and Easther Beaver. Larry was raised in Keswick, Ontario, alongside his siblings, until moving to Gravenhurst, Ontario, with his wife and children.

Larry was a jack of all trades, from roofing, construction, woodworking, to mechanical, he did it all. Larry found joy in teaching his children everything he knew, whether he was bringing them to work with him or doing home projects. Larry loved his wife, Crystal, like no other; the love they shared was unconditional, something irreplaceable. Larry’s sense of humour was definitely something he was known for, always cracking a joke and making people laugh. It was never not a good time with him. Larry was a strong and sensible man who would do anything for the ones he loved.

Larry will be dearly missed and forever cherished by family, friends, and loved ones. May he stay alive in stories told and traditions upheld.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Andy’s House Hospice Muskoka for the compassion and excellent care shown during his stay there.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Andy’s House Hospice Muskoka.
