Marion Drury

DRURY, Marion—passed away peacefully at The Pines Long Term Care Home in Bracebridge, on June 23, 2024.

Loving wife of the late Norman Drury. Mother to Jeff and Brenda. Grandmother to Sean, Eric, Kaitlyn, and Brian. Great-Grandmother to Nolan (Sean and Courtney). Marion was a sister to Irene Martin and Doug Anderson.

Marion was born in Toronto, and lived in Don Mills where she was married and started her family with her husband, Norman. Later, living in Mississauga, she participated in Girl Guides, and began her career working at Georgian College. Norman and Marion lived in Rockwood and Fergus before moving to Gravenhurst in 2000. 

A private family service will be held at a later date. 

As a breast cancer survivor, Marion would like any donations to be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, which may be arranged online, or through Cavill Funeral Home.
