Mary "Jennifer" Griffin

Mary “Jennifer” Griffin passed away peacefully with Dave by her side at Muskoka Shores in Gravenhurst on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the age of 82. Jennifer was the beloved wife of 60 years to Dave Griffin.

Jennifer is survived by her son, Brad Griffin, and his wife, Christine. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Sarah Griffin (Nick Burden) and Nicole Everett (Matt), and sisters Alice Sturgeon and Stephanie Hilton.

Jennifer will be remembered by her smile. She cherished her time with family and with her husband, Dave. She also enjoyed relaxing on her deck in the sun, enjoying her flowers and the birds.

After attending teachers’ college in London, Jennifer spent her 35-year career as a primary school teacher. She had been retired for 27 years, where she focused her time on hobbies such as boating, cycling, and snowmobiling. She also enjoyed her time indoors, always crafting and scrapbooking, creating timeless memories.

No services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced in 2026.
