Mike died at his home in Gravenhurst on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, aged 69. He was a beloved son of the late William and Jessie Brock of Gravenhurst, ON. He will be profoundly missed by his children, David Brock (Amy Groothuis) of Regina, SK and Joseph Brock (Gaby Herrera-Marvit Brock) of Edmonton, AB; he will continue to be cherished as Grandpa Brock to Laurel, Willem, and Atticus Brock of Regina, SK. Around Moonlight Bay, Gull Lake, Gravenhurst, he will be missed every day by his siblings, Leah (the late Wilbur) Strength, Betty (Harvey) Bainbridge, Barry (Gail) Brock, and Penny (Mickey) Bonner.
Mike was a public servant who worked for both the Province of Ontario and the Town of Gravenhurst. Mike also served 21 years with the Gravenhurst Fire Department.
