Muriel Barnes

BARNES, Muriel Doreen (Hughes) - Our beautiful mother received her angel wings and joined the love of her life for 63 years, Gerry Barnes. She was the wonderful mother of eight children: Steve (Marla), Dan (Debbie), Jerry (Kris), Patti, Jeff (Kim), Cathy (Paul), Dave (Dale), and Marty (Angie). Cherished grandmother of 16 and great-grandmother of 19 with two more on the way! Muriel is also survived by her sister Joyce Walker and sister-in-law Shirley Humber. Muriel was an incredible, strong, and loving woman who was loved by all. She will be deeply missed. To honour her wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through Cavill Funeral Home.
