Muriel Liscombe

Liscombe, Muriel Ellen (nee Schell) Passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre in her 91st year. Muriel is survived by her daughter Bev (Jim) Mackie; her grandchildren Kim (Amanda) Mackie, William (Julie) Liscombe and Michael (Neela) Liscombe. Cherished great grandma to Abigail, Gavin, Kiera, Jameson and Miles. Muriel was predeceased by her husband Chuck and by her son Don (Rose); her sisters Rita Neal, Viola Rutledge, Pearl Prettie, Eileen Bush, Marjorie Miller, Frances Williams and Doris DeCaire; and by her brothers Charles, Norm, Mel and Len. In keeping with Muriel's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held at the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11:00 a. m. until 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Mickle Memorial Cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Muriel may be directed towards the Mapleridge Recreation Centre, 1085 Brealey Drive, Peterborough, Ontario K9K 0C1.
