Norman Louis Way (Norm) Peacefully at his home in Gravenhurst surrounded by the love and care of his family on Monday, December 26, 2016. Norman Louis Way in his 79th year. Much loved husband to Diane Evelyne Georgina Way (nee Ruttan) of Gravenhurst. Much admired and respected father to Walter Terry of Chilliwack, B.C., David Way of Fort McMurray, Alberta and Stephen Way (Janice Reid) of Washago. Beloved grandfather to Austin Terry of Chilliwack, B.C. Beloved brother to Kathryn Desormeau (Bill) of Iroquois Falls, Doris McMaster (late Bruce) of Orillia and Frank (Ringer) Way (late Carole) of Gravenhurst. Norman was predeceased by his brothers David Way Sr. in 2008 and by James (Jim) Way (late Vera) in 2014 and by his parents Philomine and William (Bill) Way. Norman will be missed by his many neices and nephews. Visitation & Funeral Service The family will receive friends at the Muskoka Discovery Centre (Grace & Speed) On Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service and shared memories will begin at 2:00 p.m. A graveside interment service will immediately follow at Mickle Memorial Cemetery. Donations in memory of Norm maybe directed to the Muskoka Branch of the OSPCA, 1234 Muskoka Road. Hwy. #118 West, Box 2804, Bracebridge, Ontario P1L 1W5 or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Floral tributes may be directed to Grace & Speed for the visitation and service.
