Paul Robert DeValadares

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Paul Robert DeValadares, who passed away peacefully at Andy’s House Hospice, Port Carling, on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the age of 79.

Paul was the beloved husband of Sheila Rose. He was the loving father of Paul Jr., the late Rob, and Kelly; the proud grandfather of Jesse, Rebecca, and Robbie; and the cherished great-grandfather of Liam.

He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Carol Fraser (Pete), Sue Broomer (Brad), Alan DeValadares (Sue), and Lloyd DeValadares (Jackie). Paul will also be missed by his faithful canine companion, Samson.

Paul lived a rich and full life. He found joy in hunting and fishing throughout the Muskoka region, which he held dear to his heart, and he especially treasured time spent with his grandchildren.

He will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Cavill Funeral Home, with visitation beginning one hour prior.
