Randy Newton DeCaire

Passed away suddenly at Parry Sound Health Centre on Thursday, November 27, 2025, after a brief illness. He was in his 70th year.

Randy was the beloved husband of the late Valerie Joan (Berry) DeCaire and the loving father of Randall "Jay" DeCaire. Cherished son of the late Archie and Iris (Stock) DeCaire. Dear brother of Ina DeCaire, Vernon DeCaire, and the late Ray DeCaire.

Randy was a quiet man who enjoyed a peaceful life at his home in Wahta. He loved playing his guitar and gathering with family and friends, sharing stories and making lasting memories throughout his life. He always tried to bring joy and laughter to people's lives with a caring nature. Deeply proud of his Mohawk heritage, Randy valued family above all else - his loved ones were always his number one priority. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

A funeral service is being held at Cavill Funeral Home at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 13, 2025. An interment will take place in the spring at Wahta Mohawk Cemetery, and further service details will be announced here.

Friends are invited to join the family for a time of refreshments and sharing of memories on Saturday, December 13th at 3:30 PM at the Wahta Mohawks Community Centre, 2664 Muskoka District Road 38, Bala, ON.
