Robert Eric Weber

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Eric Weber, who passed peacefully on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Andy’s House Hospice in Port Carling, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Rob lived a life filled with hard work, music, and love for his family. He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 34 years, Carol Jane (2012), and is lovingly remembered by his partner, Daniella Martin.

Rob was a devoted father to Chris (Teresa), Leslie (Steve), Mike, and Sarah (Lee), and a proud grandfather to Matthew, Kurtis, Lizzie, Luke, Avery, Ryan, and Everlee. He will also be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Maureen Weber, sisters Lynne and Patricia, and his loyal dog and best friend, Trixie.

Rob enjoyed life’s simple pleasures — playing guitar and drums, woodworking, and building or fixing anything that came his way. He worked for Praxair for 30 years, where he was a respected and dedicated member of the team.

The family extends a heartfelt thank-you to the compassionate caregivers at Andy’s House, whose kindness and support provided comfort to Rob and his loved ones during his final days.

A private service will be held to honour Rob's life.

In memory of Rob, donations to Andy’s House Hospice or OSPCA Muskoka Animal Centre would be greatly appreciated by the family.
