Susanne Jane McClellan, 59 passed away peacefully on Friday, September 29, 2017. Susanne was known and loved for the joy she brought family and friends, for her wonderful sense of humour, for the twinkle in her eyes and infectious laughter, for her determination to live her life fully, and for her love of music. Susanne grew up in Kilworthy and lived much of her life in Bracebridge, working in the community and taking an active part in community programs. She was supported by the kind team at Christian Horizons as she fulfilled her many dreams and interests. Susanne is survived by her beloved husband David Cadeaux, her mother Joyce McClellan, and siblings Stephen McClellan (Kris Webster), Scott McClellan (Kim Carter), and Cheryl McClellan. Susanne is predeceased by her father Ken McClellan. She was the beloved aunt of Thomas, Alexandra, Sophie, Zoe and William, and she was the well-loved grand-daughter of Phoebe Young and niece of Gloria Flemming and Olive Page as well as many other aunts and uncles. Throughout her life, Susanne was encouraged and supported by her wonderful counsellor Debbie Bruce. Thank you to extended family and friends for the many warm messages of condolence, to the wonderful support of Christian Horizons, the kind team at Muskoka Shores long-term care home, and many others who were such an important part of Susanne's community. Immediate family will honour and celebrate Susanne's life in a private service. In keeping with family wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held in the near future.
