CROSS, Sydney Albert Passed away peacefully at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband to Eleanor Cross of Gravenhurst. Loving father to Kevin Cross and Darlene Cross (Tom Kinsella) both of Gravenhurst and John Cross (Kim) of Seddon's Corner, Manitoba. Brother to Sheila Gonneau. Sydney was predeceased by his siblings; Doug Cross, Ella Weaver and Edith Pallister. Loving grandfather to 8 grandchildren and great grandfather to 7 great grandchildren. In keeping with Mr. Cross's wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering to celebrate the life of Sydney Albert Cross will be held in the chapel of the Cavill-Turner Funeral Home, Gravenhurst on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to service time.
