SPEICHER, Ada Margaret "Gloria"

On January 27th, 2023, we said our last goodbye to Gloria at Andy’s House in Port Carling.  She was a loving wife to Larry Speicher, a sister Joan Twa, a mother to the late Karen Speicher, Guy Speicher (Lorna Speicher), Debra Speicher (Doug Ramsay), and Randy Speicher (Taira Bainbridge) and ex-daughter-in law Joanne Speicher. She is cherished by her seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.  She passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family and the sound of country music in the background.  She enjoyed many things during her life like, knitting, collecting antiques such as angels, baking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.  Gloria was born in Orillia Ontario, and in her early 20’s she met her husband Larry and they made roots here in Muskoka and raised their family of four.  Gloria's visitation will be held at Cavill-Turner Funeral Home in Gravenhurst on Monday, February 6, from 2PM-4PM and 6PM-8PM.  Prayers Monday evening at 6:30PM.  A Funeral Mass to celebrate Gloria's life will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bracebridge on Tuesday, February 7 at 11AM.  Interment to follow in the spring.

Donations in Gloria's memory to Andy's House or South Muskoka Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
