The Blue Jays have lost their number one fan!

Eileen lived a rich life, full of family and friends. Born in Clinton, ON, she lived there until after her marriage to Robbie and finally settled in Richmond Hill where they raised their children. A move to Gravenhurst to own Pine Valley Restaurant and Cottages brought them a new chapter in their lives that enlarged their circle of friends. Remaining in Gravenhurst until a career change for Robbie saw them settle in Hamilton until his death. Eileen returned to Gravenhurst for the remainder of her life where she was involved with the local Therapeutic Touch chapter and Trinity United Church. She loved music, playing many different card games, watching the Blue Jays and was a great fan of curling. She was a talented singer, choir director, pianist, seamstress, knitter and baker.

She was predeceased by her husband Robbie, parents John and Gertrude Sutter, brother Benson, sister Shirley and granddaughter Julie.

Cherished by her children: Ron (Maureen) Robbins, Linda (Bill) Cowan, Dave (Elaine) Robbins, and Kim (Jeff) Barnes.

Beloved by her grandchildren: Joy, Glen (Amy), James, Michael (Jennifer), Jennifer (Creyos), Jay (Crista) and Adam (Lindsay)and six great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Trinity United Church, Gravenhurst, on Monday, November 8 at 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Trinity United Church in Gravenhurst greatly appreciated.
