Gravenhurst

Gail May Fisher (Stothers) - Passed away suddenly in her home, in her 66th year.
Beloved wife of Charles ( Chuck) Fisher for 45 years. Cherished mother of Tammie (Keith) Neilson. Nanny to Isaac Neilson and Cole Neilson. Predeceased by her parents Sydney Stothers and Ida May (Armstrong). Sister of Ron Stothers (Anita). Much loved by many friends and family members. She will be greatly missed by her daily coffee partner and cousin, Ross Armstrong.

Gail grew up in Kilworthy, and spent her entire life in Gravenhurst, Ontario. She was a member of the Southwood Log Church. She worked for many years at Laycocks Drycleaners. She enjoyed fishing, motorcycling with the gang, and spending as much time as possible with her loving grandsons. Her daughter and grandchildren were her whole world, and she would often accompany them on trips and outings. She was always caring and giving to everyone, and always had a cup of coffee and an ear to listen. In her later years Gail did face some health issues, but always did her best to overcome them and kept up with everyone. She was a force to be reckoned with, and lit up the room wherever she went. After many years of suffering, she is finally free from her pain.
She was an amazing human being, and she will be greatly missed by many.
In keeping with Gail's wishes, cremation has taken place. At this time, no other arrangements have been made.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Gail's memory may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
