Jonathan Walsh

WALSH, Jonathan Donald - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones at Gibson Lake, on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at the age of 78, after a short but courageous battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his parents Ruth (1979) & Donald (2009). John "Dub" was the beloved brother of Judy Durling (Lyle) and Ken Walsh (Patti). Uncle to Paul Durling (Jane), Michelle Grahlman (Michael), and Katherine Walsh. Great uncle to Ashley Durling, and Orin & Avery Grahlman.
Dear lifelong friend of Don & Donna Masson, Bev Thomson, as well as numerous residents of Gibson Lake. A cherished, fun loving Uncle "Dub" to many children, young & old, near & far.
An avid snowmobiler and huge dog lover, nothing made Dub happier than spending time on his Gibson lake beach surrounded by friends & family.
An enormous thank you to Don & Donna Masson for their unwavering love, support & care that they provided to John throughout the years and especially over the last few weeks.
In keeping with Jonathan's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral service. We hope to hold an outside beachside celebration of John's life at a later date, (COVID permitting)
